With a capacity of 5L, you can keep enough food at the right temperature, ready for serving.
This professional chafing dish is suitable for use with Gastronorm containers up to 6,5cm deep. With your order, you receive one 1/1 GN container that is 6,5cm deep and one 1/1 GN lid. The robust construction consists of an inner pan and a lid, which are both made from stainless steel. The bottom of the chafing dish is made from black ABS. This kitchen appliance features an insulating plastic construction. You can set the temperature yourself so that dishes are kept at the desired temperature, without burning or cooking further.
Cleaning a chafing dish is very simple. After use, turn the chafing dish off and remove the GN containers. Be aware that hot water droplets can still drip off the underside and burn you. Using a damp cloth, clean the inside and outside thoroughly. The stainless steel parts are dishwasher-safe. After cleaning, dry all parts with a soft cloth and put everything together for the next use.
