You can use this professional fries warmer in combination with a deep-fat fryer. In this way, you can collect the excess oil from the fries in the 29 x 32cm bowl. The container has a capacity of 1kg of fries. The warming unit has an infrared heating element at the back which increases the shelf life of fries.
