This gas griddle has a smooth griddle and is suitable for preparing meat and fish dishes. An ideal asset for professional kitchens in restaurants, cafes, canteens and other catering establishments. The grill is made from high-quality parts and can be placed in a cooking line.
When grilling on the griddle, you add extra flavour to the dishes you serve. Because you work with high temperatures, the products retain their vitamins and flavour. This grill plate is suitable for use in professional catering kitchens, for example, restaurants, cafes, hotels and food trucks. The heat is evenly distributed on the grill plate so that the ingredients are cooked simultaneously. To prevent splashing fat, stainless steel splash guards are attached to the back and sides of the grill plate.
Easy to operate
With its large drainage hole, the griddle is easy to operate and simple to clean. The grill also has a large 1 litre collection tray to catch all the excess fat. You can easily set the temperature using the user-friendly thermostat between 50 and 300ºC. Do you want to place the grill in a cooking line? This is no problem at all. You can also place this grill on a table or counter. Dishes are easy to prepare because the grill heats up quickly, thanks to the stainless steel burners. It is also equipped with a Piezzo Spark Ignition. You can use the grill with LPG or natural gas.
With removable drip tray
The removable drip tray makes this professional griddle easy to clean. The smooth surfaces are made from stainless steel and can be cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. If there is coarse food on the plate, first remove it with a scraper. To remove stubborn dirt, heat the plate to 70ºC. Then simply wipe the surface clean with a cloth. Wear gloves when doing this to prevent burns.
