Commercial Grade Oven – Electric – Double Unit – 60cm Deep

The great advantage of this electric oven is that it is very suitable for use in combination with other appliances in the 600 cookline series. This is because the oven can be used as a base for this series. In this way, you can place the oven in a cooking line with, for example, a four-burner hob mounted on it. In this professional oven, the tastiest dishes are heated, baked and roasted. For example, you can prepare oven dishes, bread, pies, and cakes, but also meat and fish dishes, potatoes and vegetables.

For use with GN trays

The temperature of this professional oven can be set between 50 and 300ºC. In the inner chamber, you will find both a heating element at the top and at the back. The oven also has a Turbo Fan so that hot air is evenly distributed in the oven. For good insulation, the oven is equipped with a thick stainless steel door of 4cm. The oven chamber is completely made from stainless steel and has three racks for trays. One shelf with a dimension of 53 x 34cm comes standard. You can use this oven in combination with 1/1 GN trays.

Easy to clean

This professional oven is suitable for intensive daily use in every kitchen. The oven is made from stainless steel and is easy to clean. Make sure the appliance is completely switched off and wipe all smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water and soapy water. The exterior can also be cleaned quickly with a damp cloth. If you want to avoid streaks, dry everything with a soft cloth.
