Suitable for mounting in a cooking line

If you want to fill the water basin, you can do so easily via the cold water inlet with a solenoid valve. The top of the pasta cooker is seamlessly welded so that dirt cannot accumulate in the corners. The water is easy and quick to drain with the manual knob. Thanks to the safety thermostat, you can set temperatures between 30 and 110ºC. Due to its compact size, you can place this pasta cooker on a table or counter. For an ergonomic work position, you can also order a stand on which it fits perfectly.

This robust pasta cooker is made from stainless steel and, thanks to its smooth surfaces, it’s easy to keep clean. The baskets are removable and can be cleaned separately with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse the baskets well before replacing them and wipe the housing dry with a soft cloth
