Four 1/3 GN containers can be placed in it to help keep ingredients at the right temperature and ready to use at a moment’s notice. The countertop prep fridge is well suited to tasks like quickly filling preparing sandwiches, adding toppings to pizza or making salads. Easy-to-use temperature controller

Thanks to the digital temperature controller in this prep fridge, you can easily set your desired temperature between the range of 0 and 10°C, so that ingredients are cooled to exactly the right temperature. This professional countertop prep fridge is safe to use in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. In addition, it is statically cooled. The pipes in the walls of the cooling unit use the refrigerant R600a, which is free from CFC. To prevent ice from forming, this prep fridge comes with a specialised cooling cycle and a built-in constant evaporator.
