With this electric deep fryer, you can fry various types of food in no time at all. With a capacity of 10 litres of oil, up to 0,9kg of fries are fried until perfectly crispy in one go. Thanks to the convenient drain tap, you can also change old frying oil without any hassle, while the small grid ensures that crumbs do not clog the drain. When changing the oil, simply place a bowl beneath the tap and open it until all the oil has drained out of the fryer. Then close the tap again and dispose of the oil in the appropriate waste container.

Setting the temperature accurately

This professional deep fryer also has a cold zone where the heating element sits just above the bottom. The oil underneath the heating element heats up less, which means that crumbs are less likely to burn. Thanks to this innovative cold zone, frying oil stays fresher for longer. With the easy-to-use thermostat, you can precisely set a temperature of between 50°C and 200°C. Then just wait until the orange indicator light goes out and the oil is at the exact right temperature. The fryer also has a removable lid to prevent oil from splashing. To stop the deep fryer from shifting during use, it’s also equipped with rubber feet.

Cleaning with water and a brush

The stainless steel housing, fryer and basket are all easy to clean. First, remove all the parts from the deep fryer. Then soak the parts in hot, soapy water to remove most of the oil and residue. Then, brush them clean with a gentle brush and warm, soapy water. The housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
