If you regularly fry large quantities of food in your catering establishment, this professional fryer with a 15 litre capacity is ideal. It consists of two separate heating elements and one large frying basket. The advantage of a deep fryer with two heating elements is that you don’t need a lot of power. So no matter what kind of kitchen you are in, the deep fryer can simply be connected to a standard electrical outlet. When lifting the frying basket, you can use the heat-resistant handles to prevent injury, and the supplied lid prevents oil from splashing during use. The rubber feet at the bottom of the appliance ensure that it remains stable and firm on most surfaces.
Fry for longer in the same oil
You can operate both heating elements separately with the precise thermostat. Temperatures can range between 50 °C and 200 °C and are set with ease. In addition, the deep fryer has an orange indicator light that lets you know when the oil has reached the correct temperature and you can start frying. This professional fryer allows you to fry for longer in the same oil, thanks to a cold zone. With this system, the heating elements sit a few centimetres above the bottom of the pan. The oil at the very bottom of the deep fryer is not as hot and any crumbs that fall to the bottom burn less quickly. As a result, the oil lasts longer and you don’t have to change it as often.
Thorough cleaning
This deep fryer with an enormous capacity is made entirely of stainless steel. Thanks to the rounded corners, you can clean this appliance quickly and thoroughly. All parts are removable so that they can be soaked in warm, soapy water to remove oil and residue. Then brush the parts with warm, soapy water. For the outside housing, use a damp cloth.
