For deep-frying twice as many fries and snacks, try this electric double fryer. With a capacity of 2 x 4 litres, it is a welcome addition to any catering kitchen. This professional fryer also has an adjustable thermostat for each fryer, so you can simultaneously prepare fries in one pan and snacks in the other. And all this at a desired temperature between 50°C and 200°C. Is the orange light off? Then the oil is at temperature and the deep fryer is ready for use.
Compact table model
A good quality deep fryer is indispensable in a professional kitchen. The big advantage of this double deep fryer is that it is a compact model that you can easily place on a countertop or table. Of course, safety is key when working with hot oil so this deep fryer comes with two removable lids to prevent oil splatter. The handle is also heat resistant, allowing you to work safely, and, for extra stability, the deep fryer is fitted with rubber feet. To keep frying oil fresh for as long as possible, this fryer works with a cold zone. The heating element is suspended approximately 2cm above the bottom. This means that the oil below the heating element remains colder and crumbs burn less easily. As a result, deep-frying oil lasts longer and needs to be replaced less frequently.
Made entirely of stainless steel
The deep fryer is made of high-quality stainless steel and is neatly finished with rounded corners. Because of this, thorough cleaning is no problem at all. The bowl, the frying basket, the heating element and the base on which the basket rests can all be removed and cleaned. To remove fat and oil residues, place the parts in a large bowl of hot, soapy water. The exterior of the deep fryer can be wiped down with a damp cloth, while the loose accessories can be cleaned with a brush, warm water and soapy water.
