With this double deep fryer, you can fry twice as much food using the two 4L baskets. It’s handy for making fries and snacks at the same time so that customers don’t have to wait.
The two 4L baskets of this fryer mean you can prepare twice as many products at the same time. This table model is suitable for any professional catering kitchen and can be placed on the countertop or a table. You can quickly fry up to twice as many 1kg portions of fries or other delicious snacks. With the user-friendly thermostat, you can set the temperature for each fryer individually. This is ideal when you want to prepare fries in one fryer and snacks that require a different temperature in the other. Temperatures range between 0°C and 190°C. The deep fryer also has an indicator light that shows when the oil is heated to the right temperature and is ready for use.
Quality and safety
Although a good quality deep fryer is an asset in any catering establishment, safety has also been considered. This deep fryer has two removable lids to prevent oil splashes. All handles are heat resistant and the appliance is equipped with an overload protection. To prevent shifting during use, the fryer remains stable thanks to its rubber feet. Oil also stays fresher for longer, thanks to the built-in cold zone. The heating element is situated just above the fryer’s bottom so the oil between the element and the bottom remains a little cooler. This has the advantage that crumbs burn less quickly and the oil lasts longer.
Removable parts
This professional fryer is also easy to clean, thanks to the stainless steel housing, frying baskets, lids and grids. The rounded corners ensure that dirt does not get stuck in the corners. Grease and oil residue can be removed by soaking the removable parts in warm water with a little soap. Then brush everything clean and dry the parts with a soft cloth. Wipe the outside of the fryer with a damp cloth.
