With this double induction fryer, you can fry twice as many products using the two 8 litre baskets. Changing the frying oil is also quick and easy with the handy drain tap.

Thanks to the fryer’s induction heating, the temperature can be precisely regulated. To set the right temperature in each 8L fryer, you can choose from 11 different settings for a temperature between 60°C and 190°C. The efficient heat transfer ensures that the oil remains at exactly the right temperature, so you can fry the tastiest treats not only at home but also in a professional kitchen. The double fryer has a user-friendly touch panel and an LED display. The timer on the induction deep fryer can be set from 0 to 120 minutes.

Drain tap for a quick oil change

With the drain tap, you can quickly and safely drain old oil from the fryer. To do this, place a container under the tap. Open the tap and let all the oil run out. Then close the tap and dispose of the old oil in the appropriate waste bin. There is also a buzzer on this professional deep fryer that lets you know when there is no or too little oil in the reservoir. An additional safety feature is the electric overheating protection.

Robust stainless steel housing

Both the exterior casing and all removable parts are made from stainless steel. The smooth stainless steel surface makes cleaning very easy. Wipe off any residue from the reservoir with a paper towel after you have drained it with the tap. Clean the parts with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. After cleaning, dry all parts with a soft cloth.
