This extra-large deep fryer with a capacity of 30 litres is suitable for intensive daily use in the bakery, fish shop and other catering kitchens. The fryer stands on top of a storage cupboard and has a drain tap for easy oil changes.
This versatile deep fryer is extra large to make greater quantities of food. It’s ideal for frying up to 3kg of fries in the 30 litre oil capacity fryer. It can also handle big portions of fried fish, vegetable snacks, churros and other fried foods without making customers wait long for their order. The base cupboard is fitted with two stainless steel doors with handles. Behind the doors, there is a built-in drain tap for quick oil changes. In addition, it is also handy as a storage space for extra oil bottles. The fryer has a removable lid to prevent oil splatter and the handles are heat resistant. You can also attach the supplied grid to collect fat residue.
Always at the right temperature
The deep fryer, which is mounted onto a base with a cupboard, works on a 400V power. In addition, the appliance is equipped with overload protection for extra safety. Thanks to a cold zone, you can also use the frying oil longer. The heating element is suspended slightly above the bottom of the fryer. All oil between the heating element and the bottom remains slightly cooler. In this way, crumbs that fall through don’t burn as quickly and the oil remains of better quality for longer. The temperature in the electric fryer can be adjusted between 50°C and 200°C and includes a convenient timer.
Easy removal of oil and fat residue
The deep fryer and all its parts, such as the collection grid, the frying pan and the frying basket, are made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean. The parts of this luxuriously finished deep fryer with rounded corners are all removable. Oil and fat residue can be removed by soaking the parts in warm, soapy water. Scrub everything gently with a brush and finish off with a soft cloth to wipe everything dry.
