Different types of food often require different frying temperatures, which is why this professional deep fryer comes equipped with an adjustable thermostat so you can easily set the precise temperature between 50°C and 200°C. As soon as the orange light goes out, the deep fryer is at the required temperature and you can start the frying process.

Tabletop model for use on the countertop

When frying, temperatures can reach up to 200°C so it is therefore important to ensure you work safely when cooking with a deep fryer. This professional fryer has a removable lid that covers the bowl and prevents oil splatter. Thanks to the heat-resistant handle and the ergonomic design of the deep fryer, you can be confident that you are working safely. The fryer is also equipped with rubber feet for extra stability. As a compact table model, it is perfect for placing on a countertop or table. It also features a cold zone with the heating element suspended approximately 2cm above the bottom. Since the oil beneath the heating element stays cooler, crumbs burn less quickly which keeps the oil fresh and doesn’t need changing as frequently.

Easy to clean

The deep fryer is finished with rounded corners. Cleaning is easy thanks to the stainless steel housing, frying pan and frying basket. The exterior is easy to clean with a damp cloth. All interior parts are removable so you can put them in hot, soapy water to loosen grease and oil residues. The accessories can be cleaned easily with a brush, warm water and soap.
