Dough Mixer – 130L – 80kg Dough – 2 Speeds – 400V

This professional dough mixer can be used for heavy kneading work. The large mixing bowl is suitable for mixing up to 50kg of flour. Because both the dough hook and the mixing bowl turn on their axis, this mixer kneads all ingredients into a soft, smooth dough. You can knead up to a maximum of 80kg of dough and a minimum of 30kg. The motor is very powerful but quiet so that it does not cause any noise in the kitchen.

Operates at two speeds

It’s very easy to set the dough mixer to mix ingredients. Thanks to the user-friendly display you can quickly set your desired speed, choosing from either 126 or 252 RPM. The machine has a knob that is for reversing the direction of the dough hook. This allows the hook to go forward and backward. Besides the easy operation, this mixer is also very safe to use. The safety switch ensures that the motor does not overheat. If this does happen, the mixer switches off automatically. Overload protection also ensures that the mixing bowl is never overloaded with ingredients. The mixing bowl is equipped with a protection cage. The cage has to be closed before the appliance will start. The dough mixer is also provided with a drive with chains and belts.

For intensive use

When the dough mixer is used intensively, it should be cleaned daily. Thanks to the stainless steel parts and metal housing with a durable coating, cleaning can be done easily. You only need a damp cloth and a mild detergent. After cleaning, remember to dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth.
