Take the hard work out of kneading with this professional dough mixer, ideal for kneading up to 13kg of dough. Thanks to its powerful motor, this mixer can handle large quantities of ingredients. Up to 20L of ingredients can be placed in the large mixing bowl. This way, you can create a perfectly smooth dough for baking bread or pizza bases. It can process up to 8kg of flour or 13kg of dough. Smaller quantities are also possible: a minimum quantity of 6kg can be processed in this professional appliance.

Two speeds for different needs

This powerful dough mixer is very easy to operate, thanks to the user-friendly buttons. You can set two speeds on the mixer: either slower or faster. In addition, this mixer is safe to use. A safety switch prevents the motor from overheating. As soon as this happens, the dough mixer automatically switches off. The mixing bowl is protected so no hands can get caught by the rotating dough hook. Both the dough hook and the mixing bowl rotate to ensure all the ingredients are mixed. The dough mixer is also equipped with overload protection so that the mixing bowl can never be overfilled.

This professional dough mixer is simple and easy to clean. The housing is made from metal with a durable coating and the dough hook and mixing bowl are stainless steel. Both materials can be cleaned quickly using a damp cloth and mild detergent. The durable coating also ensures that the mixer will remain beautiful and scratch-free for a long time.
