This professional dough mixer with a 75L capacity has a powerful motor that can knead up to 48kg of dough without any difficulty. The large mixing bowl can hold up to 30kg of flour at a time to help you produce a soft, smooth dough that’s ready for baking bread or pizza bases. The minimum quantity that can be processed is 20kg of dough. This dough mixer is perfectly suited to use in large kitchens such as restaurants, canteens and pizzerias. Thanks to the rotating dough hook and the rotating bowl, the dough comes out beautifully mixed and ready for baking.

User-friendly control panel

The dough mixer is equipped with a user-friendly control panel on which you can set the speed. There are two speeds, either 108 or 216RPM. Working with this professional dough mixer is not only easy but also safe. The appliance is equipped with a safety switch, which prevents the motor from overheating. If the motor does overheat, the dough mixer will simply switch off automatically. In addition, the mixing bowl is covered with a protection cage so that any chance of accidents is minimised. There is also an overload protection on the dough mixer. This prevents the mixing bowl from being overloaded with ingredients.

Easy and quick to clean

Since the housing is made from metal with a durable coating, the exterior is very easy to clean. The same goes for the stainless steel parts. Simply use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean everything quickly and thoroughly. Once cleaned, dry everything using a dry cloth. The dough mixer also has rubber feet so that it remains stable during use and doesn’t vibrate.
