This heavy duty double electric griddle with grooved surface adds extra flavour to your dishes. A robust grill plate like this one is indispensable in large and busy catering kitchens and is suitable for intensive daily use. It can also be placed along a cooking line.
Using a griddle in the kitchen gives extra flavour to dishes. It works at high temperatures so that meat and vegetables cook quickly and evenly. The advantage of this is that it preserves flavour and vitamins, allowing you to serve the most delicious dishes. This double electric grill is suitable for preparing several products side by side. Little oil or fat is used when grilling on the grill plate, so this way of cooking is healthy as well. The grill plate can be used independently or on a stainless steel support.
With drip tray and splashguard
This robust griddle can stand up to heavy use and features a grooved double grill of 15mm tempered stainless steel with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into the watertight recess and, thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left behind after cleaning. It also has a 1,5 litre drip tray and a splashguard to prevent oil splashes. To adjust the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.
Made from stainless steel
This professional grill is made from heavy duty components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning an easy job. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Caked-on bits are easy to clean by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it down. It is recommended that you wear gloves.
