If you work in a large and busy kitchen, this Heavy Duty griddle is ideal because it lasts a long time and can withstand rough handling. In addition, grilling is a healthier way of cooking because you don’t need to use much fat or oil. This griddle can be placed on its own or on a stainless steel base. You can choose between an open base or one with a door, which are easy to order.

Suitable for placement in a cooking line

On this robust griddle, food is grilled on a smooth chrome plated 15mm hardened stainless steel plate with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into the watertight recess. This gas grill has a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. You can use it with both LPG or natural gas. The handy 1,5 litre drip tray and splashguard that prevents oil splashing make this grill safe to use. Temperatures can be set between 100 and 300ºC with the safety thermostat. If you work with a cooking line in your kitchen, this griddle fits in perfectly.

Easy to clean

Cleaning this professional grill is no problem at all. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and removable drip tray, all parts can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse food residues are best removed with a scraper. To remove stubborn dirt, heat the grill to 70ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. Wear gloves for safe handling.
