This electric cooker has four burners and an oven and is ideal for use with several large pots and pans. The pan supports are made from heavy duty cast iron and measure 22cm in diameter. Because the pan supports are incorporated into a monoblock top, no food residue is left behind in nooks and crannies. This professional cooker is ideal for installation in a cooking line.

Oven for GN containers

This luxury heavy duty cooker has an ergonomic design and is easy to operate. Each burner can be heated separately at six different settings. The oven has a safety thermostat with which temperatures between 90 and 450ºC can be set. The thermostat is equipped with a safety switch to prevent overheating. The electric oven has a chrome rack with three levels. You can place 2/1 GN trays in it, which can be ordered separately. The oven door is made from stainless steel, has a thickness of 4cm and an ergonomic handle.

Works on three phase current

This electric cooker with oven is simple and easy to clean, thanks to its stainless steel housing and components. Simply switch off and wipe down all smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. The cast iron pan supports can be cleaned with a sponge. The cooker works on three phase current.
