This robust, crushed/flaked ice machine produces up to 130kg of flaked ice every 24 hours. It’s ideal for use in catering establishments that need crushed ice in large quantities, such as for drinks, to store or present frozen food or to keep food cold.
When presenting fresh products in a display fridge or transporting food, you need large quantities of flaked (crushed) ice. With this professional ice machine, you can produce up to 130kg of crushed ice daily. You can also store 40kg of ice in the ice maker itself so you always have fresh ice on hand. This crushed ice machine comes with a handy ice scoop to remove the ice from the storage bin as hygienically as possible. It’s also an ideal undercounter model and can easily be placed under a bar or counter.
Air-cooled machine
Because this flaked ice machine is air-cooled, there must be enough space left at the back for air to flow. To ensure good work safety, the appliance is equipped with overload protection. The hoses supplied can be used to connect the machine to a drinking water supply. The water reservoir then fills up automatically so the ice maker can continuously produce new flaked ice without requiring any manual labour. The ice machine is not equipped with a drain pump. The drain hose should be connected lower than the outlet of the machine. An efficient cooling system with R290 refrigerant is used to cool the appliance. It also features a control panel with warning lights to indicate any malfunctions, a full storage tank and low water levels.
Easy to clean
When producing ice, the ice maker needs to be in a stable and secure position. Thanks to the adjustable feet, it remains firmly in place on almost any surface. Thanks to the materials used to design this machine, cleaning is also easy. It has 18/8 stainless steel on the outside and ABS on the inside. You can quickly and thoroughly clean everything with just a damp cloth and a little bit of detergent. After that, simply wipe it dry with a soft cloth before starting the machine again.
