Kebab Grill – 4 Burners – 50kg Meat – Gas

With this shawarma grill, you can quickly serve the tastiest shawarma sandwiches, kebabs and other grill dishes. This kebab grill is not only suitable for use in shawarma shops and grillrooms but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering establishments. The temperature of the burners can be set separately so you can choose whether the meat should be lightly grilled on top or the other side. For perfect preparation, the grill skewer is adjustable and can be turned left and right. 

Stainless steel drip tray with filter

This grill is equipped with a removable stainless steel drip tray with a filter to collect fat. The grill’s motor is located at the top of the appliance. The grill is not supplied with stainless steel reflection screens, but these can be ordered separately.  Because this doner kebab grill works on gas, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 – 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 – 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. It’s advisable to call in a professional for the conversion of natural gas to LPG. You can also order a special kebab knife with which you can cut the grilled meat into slices.

Easy to clean

Since this professional grill comes into contact with food, it’s important to clean it properly. The stainless steel surfaces of the housing, skewer and meat plate are easy to clean. The easiest way is to use a damp cloth, warm water and some detergent. The loose parts are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. Before you start cleaning, make sure that the appliance has cooled down and that the plug has been removed from the wall socket. After cleaning, dry all the parts and put the grill back together for the next use.
