You might think that a kebab grill is only used in shawarma shops or grill restaurants, but you can use this grill to cook various types of meat. This makes it well-suited for various kitchens and food trucks. The grill has four gas burners with stainless steel protection gauze and the motor is located at the bottom. The temperature per burner is very easy to adjust, which is handy for when you want to prepare light or dark grilled meat. The skewer rotates once per minute. In addition, the supplied meat plate has a diameter of 19cm.

Equipped with a handy drip tray

When you buy this kebab grill, you will receive a stainless steel drip tray that is also easy to remove. This allows you to keep your work area clean while the fat from the meat is collected in the tray. No stainless steel reflection screens are supplied with this grill. These reflection screens for the sides can be ordered separately. To connect the kebab grill to the gas, you get nozzles for natural gas (20-25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 – 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. Please note that the conversion from natural gas to LPG must be carried out by an expert. You can also order the handy electric kebab knife to cut meat quickly and smoothly.

Quick and easy to clean

In the catering kitchen, food is handled frequently so hygiene is very important. Since the housing, skewer, and meat plate are made from stainless steel, they are easy to clean. Just wait until the appliance has cooled down and remove the plug from the socket. All parts that come into contact with food can be removed and cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and a little detergent. The separate parts are also dishwasher safe.
