Handy turning levers

Mixing meat in this high-quality meat mixer is very easy. First, open the lid and put the desired amount of meat in the reservoir. Make sure that you do not add more meat than indicated, otherwise the meat will not be evenly distributed. The reservoir has a capacity of 20 litres and is suitable for processing 16kg of meat or fish. After you have added your meat, you can add herbs, nuts or vegetables, for example. To mix everything well, turn the handy levers until you have reached the right texture for your meat or filling. The meat mixer can be turned in two directions.

With rubber feet

Thanks to the stainless steel housing, mixing wings and lid, these parts are very easy to clean. You can simply put them in the dishwasher. It’s advisable to clean the meat mixer thoroughly after each use since you are working with fresh produce and meat which is very susceptible to bacteria. Remove the parts from the appliance to clean the reservoir. Remove large food residues with a dry cloth. Then use a damp cloth, warm water and a little mild detergent to clean the reservoir thoroughly. After cleaning, dry everything well with a soft cloth and put the meat mixer back together again. For a good grip on almost any surface, the meat mixer is equipped with four rubber feet.
