Thanks to the refrigerated display case that’s mounted to the top, you can rest assured that all your favourite toppings are not only within reach but also remain cool until the very last second. This premium kitchen appliance also comes with stainless steel supports to hold the GN containers, although the containers and lids are not included. Professional refrigeration system

This professional pizza prep fridge has a cooling capacity of 285L to keep ingredients chilled for as long as possible. Behind the two stainless steel doors is an adjustable shelf so you can customise the layout exactly how you want to. It’s also possible to order additional shelves and add them where needed. You can even order special dough drawers to keep the pizza dough cooled until it is needed. This prep fridge works best at an ambient temperature of 32°C. It has a cooling system that includes a fan, a Zanussi compressor, and a foamed-in evaporator on three sides and uses the refrigerant R600a, which is CFC free. The cooling cycle works to ensures that ice formation is kept to a minimum and. Using the digital thermostat, you can set the temperature between 0 and 10°C. 

Easy to keep hygienic and clean

The professional pizza prep fridge has been made from sturdy stainless steel and granite, which makes it very easy to clean. In addition, stainless steel has the advantage of being very durable and scratch-resistant, which helps to minimise the spread of bacteria. The prep fridge can be cleaned using a damp cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. After cleaning, wipe everything dry with a soft, dry cloth.
