    This automatic potato chip cutter is essential when fresh French fries are on your menu. It is perfectly suited for use in restaurants, fast food joints, canteens or anywhere that need French fries to be mass-produced. The machine has a strong and durable construction. With a stainless steel body and the locking mechanism of the feeding tray, it is also a very safe machine to work with.

    Quickly cuts the perfect fry

    When you open the potato chip cutter, you’ll find the blades and potato pushing disc. Attach one of the blade blocks here. It’s important to use the right sized potatoes in the machine. The ideal potato is long so that you can get longer French fries. The maximum length that the potato chip cutter can manage is 12cm, and no more than 8cm in diameter. Do not to use small potatoes as you won’t get long fries, and they can get stuck in the machine. Put in the peeled potatoes, close the machine and push Start. It will slice them into beautiful French fries, quietly and efficiently. The output capacity is between 1.000-1.500kg per hour, depending on the size, shape of the potato and blade selection. A blade block (10 x 10mm) is included, but additional blade blocks can be purchased through our website.

    Easy to clean

    Cleaning this professional appliance is very simple and quick to do. The drum and blade block are easy to remove. You can clean the vessel daily by running water inside to discharge any food waste. After cleaning with a sponge and mild detergent, the machine needs to be rinsed thoroughly with a lot of water. The blades are made from hardened stainless steel and are easy to remove, so these can also be washed daily.
