Do you want to add that delicious barbecue flavour to meat, fish or vegetables? With its hefty dimensions of W120 x D90cm and no less than eight cooking zones, this robust gas chargrill can handle anything you throw at it. Thanks to the angled grooves on the grill plate, the fat drips above the heat source without ever touching the flames. The smoke gives it that authentic barbecue taste. It works on gas and not on charcoal, which saves a lot of cleaning work. The two top grills (“iron bar grids”) are not included as standard, but can be ordered as an accessory.

Optimal safety

Under the angled top grills is a cast iron grill plate. This ensures that heat is evenly distributed so you can use the entire surface of the grill. The stainless steel splashguards protect against oil splashes. You can set the heat sources separately using the safety thermostat to a range between 100 and 300°C. There is also a safety valve with a thermocouple. This ensures that the throttle remains open as long as the sensor detects heat. As soon as there is no flame, this automatically closes the throttle valve so that gas can’t escape. The burner is equipped with a pilot flame to make its use safe and comfortable. You can use either LPG or natural gas for the grill. It is suitable for placing in a cooking line and you can expand it by ordering a base, either with or without a cupboard below.

Easy to clean

Due to the smart design, combined with use of premium material, this chargrill is easy to clean. The top is seamlessly welded so that food residue doesn’t accumulate. Both the top and bottom grill are set at an angle so that the grease drips off and ends up in the drip tray. The housing and the splashguards are made entirely from stainless steel. These smooth surfaces can be cleaned quickl and easily using a cloth. Remove any coarse residue with a scraper and take a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent to clean all parts thoroughly.
