The cast iron hobs are hermetically sealed and form a single unit at the top. Thanks to the depth of 90cm and the flat surface, there is enough space on both plates to work with large pans. With 2 x 4 kW, the hobs also have the capacity to handle this. You can set temperatures between 90 and 450°C in six settings on each hob. They both have a safety switch against overheating.
