In this professional pasta cooker with a water capacity of 2 x 40 litres, you can make delicious pasta quickly and easily. Within minutes you can serve up a full pasta meal to your guests. The pasta cooker comes with six baskets made from stainless steel. Thanks to these baskets and their fine perforation, you can cook several types of pasta at the same time. Not only can you cook pasta in this pasta cooker, but also other items such as potatoes, rice and vegetables. After you have finished cooking the pasta, place the baskets on the designated drain surface so that the paste water can drain off.

Fast and efficient heating

The heating elements in the water basin are reinforced and ensure fast and efficient heating of the water. Using the safety thermostat, you can set temperatures between 20 and 200°C. The drain with a manual ball valve makes it quick and easy to empty the water basin. The pasta cooker is also equipped with a solenoid valve for cold and hot water.

To be placed in a cooking line

Because the pasta cooker comes with a base with storage space, it is well suited to be placed in a cooking line. Furthermore, the stainless steel water basin has rounded corners and the top of the pasta tube has been welded seamlessly. Since many parts are made from stainless steel, the pasta cooker is easy to clean. You only need to use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent.
