Next, slide the casing or artificial casing over the filling tube. Choose the right speed and operate the foot pedal to start filling. With two hands, you can quickly fill and turn sausages to produce a large number of sausages in no time. This automatic sausage filler has an emergency stop to start or stop the sausage filler. The digital display shows the exact speed, which can be set easily with the touch buttons.
