This robust sausage stuffer comes standard with four filling tubes with a diameter of 16, 22, 32 and 38mm. Furthermore, a pressure plate is provided with a hole for venting. In this way, as little air as possible enters the sausages during the process. The pressure plate is also nicely closed with a seal. The sausage stuffer can turn sausages at two speeds, giving you plenty of control over the filling process.

Quick and easy sausage filling

To make sausages, first, choose the desired size of the filling tube. Place the filling tube on the sausage stuffer. Then, tilt the reservoir and fill it with the ingredients of your choice. Next, slide the casing or artificial casing over the filling tube. Then turn the crank on the side of the sausage stuffer to start filling. You must hold the casing you are using to make the sausages firmly so that it does not fall off. Fill the sausages tightly and make sure there is as little air as possible. Make sure you don’t fill them too tightly so you can still squeeze them into shape later.

Stainless steel parts dishwasher safe

Since the sausage stuffer is made entirely from stainless steel, it is very easy to clean. This is an important plus point because it ensures good hygiene in the kitchen. The filling tubes and the reservoir are removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The pressure plate can be cleaned with a damp cloth and disinfectant. Then, put all the parts back together and your sausage stuffer is ready for the next use. In addition, the sausage stuffer is equipped with four rubber feet so that it can be placed in a stable position without slipping.
