In this professional sous vide appliance with a capacity of 28 litres, the water in the water tank is heated gradually. Food does not burn or separate as the water cannot get hotter than 99ºC. Both the temperature and the time can be set separately. In addition, this sous vide appliance has an accuracy of 0,1ºCs. Thanks to the even water flow, the texture and nutrients are preserved. The LCD is digital and the control panel is easy to operate thanks to the touch keys. The sous vide appliance is also equipped with a thermal safety device and the power cord can be removed.

Includes handy stainless steel shelf for products

This sous vide appliance is very quiet and makes almost no noise while in use. In addition, the appliance comes with a handy stainless steel rack for placing products in the water tank. Let the appliance cool down before cleaning it. Use a damp cloth, some warm water and a mild detergent to clean the stainless steel parts. Wipe everything with a dry cloth before using the appliance again.
