VC750 – Julienne Slicer 8mm

This aluminium julienne slicer 8mm is suitable for the Vegetable Slicer VC750. This slicer allows you to cut vegetables or potatoes into long thin strips. The slicer can be inserted into the vegetable slicer. Once you are done, the slicer disc can be removed and cleaned with warm, soapy water. Make sure you dry the slicer disc thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs for proper maintenance.
