  1. General
  • Customer: anyone buying products or services from CDI Ireland.
  • Consumer: an individual not acting for business purposes.
  • Agreement: contract including these terms.
  • Products & Services: all goods and work supplied by CDI Ireland.

All orders are subject to these terms. Customer terms only apply if explicitly accepted in writing.

  1. Orders & Delivery
  • Orders placed online are confirmed after completion of the ordering process.
  • Delivery is usually EX Works (Incoterms 2020).
  • Risk passes to Customer upon delivery or unloading.
  • Delivery times are indicative; delays do not automatically allow cancellation.
  • Partial delivery is possible.
  1. Inspection & Returns
  • Customers must check deliveries immediately and report defects promptly.
  • Consumers can cancel distance purchases within 14 days and return products, complete and undamaged.
  • Return costs are borne by the Customer.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt.
  1. Prices & Payment
  • Prices include VAT unless stated.
  • Payments due within 14 days of delivery (or as agreed).
  • Late payments incur 1% monthly interest plus collection costs.
  • CDI Ireland may suspend delivery until payment or security is provided.
  1. Warranty
  • 12 months for business Customers, 24 months for Consumers.
  • Covers defects from material, production, or design faults.
  • Does not cover misuse, wear, unauthorized repairs, or external damage.
  • Repairs do not extend the warranty period.
  1. Liability
  • CDI Ireland is liable only for direct damage up to the amount paid by its insurer.
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, are excluded.
  1. Force Majeure
  • CDI Ireland is not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable events (natural disasters, strikes, power failures, war, etc.).
  • Obligations may be suspended or dissolved after 30 days.
  1. Law & Disputes
  • Irish law governs all agreements.
  • Disputes are resolved in the competent court of CDI Ireland’s registered office.

  • CDI Ireland responds within 7 days.
